Tracy Ann from WI: “I have a 1964 John Deere 3020 with 6,200 hours. I would like to know what you think it’s worth if I try to sell it.”

Pete’s Reply: Hey Tracy, beautiful 3020! Avg. Auction Price last year (2018) on JD 3020’s = $6,463. That does include both clunkers and also some very high price rare collector 3020’s. Avg. auction price on 3020’s been holding in the $6,500 - $7,500 range past 3-4 years. 1964 is the 1st year Deere made the 3020. 1970-1972 models have been “HOT” sellers if in good condition. Here’s look at the (5) highest auction sale prices on 1964 model 3020’s the past 2 years…hope this info is helpful!

I also mentioned to Tracy Ann that is she was looking to sell her 1964 John Deere 3020 with 6,200 hours, she should list it in our new For Sale By Owner option at our MachineryPete web site, here’s link: https://www.machinerypete.com/products?path=sell

I don’t doubt there will be some pretty strong buyer interest in such a sweet 1964 model 3020!
