It’s not always just the SALE PRICE that tells you how HOT a particular piece of equipment is.
Sometimes it’s also…HOW LONG THEY KEEP BIDDING.
Perfect example yesterday, February 10, 2023, on an online auction in Teutopolis, IL by our good friends at Schmid Auction (https://trentschmid.com) where this Tractor sold.
2005 CaseIH MXM140 with 3924 hours, loader, sold: $75,200
$75,200 is the 2nd Highest auction sale price I’ve ever seen on an MXM140 with loader. But just as interesting was fact that Machinery Pete Facebook follower Todd E. said “The tractor stayed active for 2 hours with extended bidding. Over 250 Lots closed in the meantime.”
Certain proof reght there of how very HOT good condition used Loader tractors have been.
HIGHEST AUCTION PRICES EVER ON CASEIH MXM140 TRACTORS
