Pair of super sharp CaseIH tractors sold Monday (October 7, 2019) on the Carmody Farm retirement auction in Ramona, SD. The sale was by our friends at Chuck Sutton Auctioneer and Land Broker (www.suttonauction.com).

2005 CaseIH STX375 4WD with 3850 hours: $152,000

Pete’s Note: "Highest auction price on STX375 4WD in 6 1/2 years here. Actually it is the 2nd highest auction price I’ve seen on an STX375 4WD the past 20 years…the only higher auction sale price on an STX375 being $155,000 (U.S) on an April 5, 2013 farm auction in Meota, SK on a 2005 model with 2230 hours

2014 CaseIH Maxxum 140 with only 398 hours, 1 owner: $66,000

Pete’s Note:$66K is 2nd highest auction sale price on Maxxum 140 sold without a loader the past 2 1/2 years. Only higher auction price was $70K for a 2013 model Maxxum 140 with just 8 hours (wow!) on 4/15/19 farm auction in Eau Claire, WI
