2003 John Deere 7810 2WD Tractor with only 732 Hours For Sale on MN Auction

The lowest hour John Deere 7810 2WD tractor I've seen sold at auction in over 13 years.

I'm talking about the 2003 model John Deere 7810 2WD with only 732 hours coming up for sale on an August 29, 2017 farm auction near Willmar, MN. The sale is by my friends at Henslin Auctions, Inc. Here's a link to the sale bill for this auction: http://www.henslinauctions.com/auctions/Virgil_Swenson/VirgilSwenson_Poster.pdf

Of course now the question becomes...What's It Worth? I dug into our http://www.machinerypete.com "Auction Price Data" and came up with a list of the 5 highest auction sale prices ever on 2WD 7810's here's the list:

5 Highest Auction Prices on John Deere 7810 2WD Tractors

Here is a picture of the record holder, the beautiful 1999 John Deere 7810 2WD with 2,200 hours sold on the November 3, 2012 farm auction in Bode, IA for $87,500:

Of course November 2012 was right about the absolute TOP of market for used farm equipment values, just months before commodity prices fell in early Spring 2013. But I will say, that used values fell by a much smaller amount in this under 200 horsepower range (7810's are 175 HP) vs. larger size used equipment of all types. In fact, search traffic data at our  http://www.machinerypete.com web site where we have 100,000 dealer equipment items listed for sale has consistently shown over the past 12-18 months that the John Deere 7810 has been the "Most Clicked On" modern tractor. This makes perfect sense to me...the 7810 is a bit smaller in size (<200 HP) and is now a bit older, in the 14-20 year old range (Deere made 7810's from 1997-2003).

I've also been noticing the past 2 years or so that good used 2WD tractor models have become more popular and have been attracting stronger buyer interest.

So now here comes this 2003 model John Deere 7810 2WD with only 732 hours on the August 29th farm auction near Willmar, MN. How high will it go? What's your guess?

Pay close attention to the sale...note also the John Deere 9100 4WD tractor on this same farm auction with just 1,491 hours. Wow. Here's a pic:
