One tractor from this list of recent auction sale prices that really jumped out at me is the 2008 John Deere 8530 with 904 hours sold for $187,000 last Thursday (November 29, 2018) on a farm auction by the Steffes Group (http://www.steffesgroup.com) in Lake Park, IA. $187,000 is the highest auction price on a John Deere 8530 in exactly 4 years. That same day, last Thursday, I was up in Barrett, MN covering another super nice farm auction by the Steffes Group, the retirement auction for Randy and Connie Reuss.
