Wow…note how 3 of the 4 highest auction prices EVER on JD 4455 Tractors have come the past month, this pair of 1992 model 2WD’s for $91,000 and $83,000 on the Sullivan, IN farm auction 12/10/21 and the 1992 model MFWD 4455 with 3628 hours sold for $86,000 on 11/20/21 Grover Hill, OH farm auction
1999 JD 8100 2WD with 725 hours, sold: $103,000
Pete’s Note: “$103,000 is record high auction price on 2WD model 8100, smashing the prior record high auction price on a 2WD of $76,000 from a 1/17/13 farm auction in Gresham, Neb. $103,000 is also tied for the 3rd Highest auction sale price ever on any JD 8100, MFWD or 2WD”

Pete’s Note: Just yesterday I blogged about how the last 4 JD 4440’s I’d seen sold at auction had all gone $30K+, including a 4440 with 8762 hours yesterday on a Tennessee farm auction for $33,330. Well, I guess since its officially now RECORD TRACTOR PRICE MONTH let’s make it the last 5 JD 4440’s sold at auction - all over $30K"
