NW Ohio Farm Auction Friday Produces Strong Prices

Auction sale prices went out in December 2017 just as they came in...very strong.

2 days before the calendar flipped to 2018, on a December 29, 2017 farm auction in northwest Ohio by our friends at Siefker Real Estate & Auctions (http://www.siefkerauctions.com) very strong sale prices were realized across the board.

2 Tractors stood out.

The 1996 John Deere 8300 pictured below had 3,338 hours on it and sold for $77,000.

$77,000 is the 3rd highest auction sale price last year on a John Deere 8300:

Another very strong seller on the northwest Ohio farm auction Friday was the 2009 John Deere 6430 Premium tractor with 1,257 hours and no loader pictured below. It sold for $71,500. That is the highest auction sale price on a 6430 sold without a loader in just over 5 years, since a December 12, 2012 farm auction in Sigourney, IA where a 2011 John Deere 6430 with only 22 hours and no loader went for $84,000.
