Very good condition 10-20 year old tractors with low hours have been STRONG sellers at auction for quite a while now.
Even if < 50 HP. Same trend applies.
More proof came Saturday (June 8, 2019) on the John Haney farm estate auction in New Castle, PA (west-central Pennsylvania) where this John Deere 1070 MFWD tractor with 1,151 hours and loader sold for $10,400.
$10,400 is the 3rd highest auction sale price on a John Deere 1070 tractor in over 12 years. The sale Saturday was by Croll’s Mills Auction Service. Big Thanks to Machinery Pete Facebook follower Dylan B. for the sale price report and great picture!
