Wow, how High will this Tractor sell?
1982 JD 4240 with only 980 actual “1 owner” hours, Power Shift, always shedded, original paint, new cab kit, for sale on an online auction ending May 4 at 5 PM CT by my long time good friends at Zielsdorf Auction & Real Estate Services from my hometown of Benson, MN (www.zielsdorfauctions.com). First a few pictures of it, then the “story” on it and why/how the super LOW hours:
This 1982 JD 4240 is located in south-central Minnesota, near the wonderful farming community of Blue Earth, MN. The selling family says the tractor had approx. 700 hours on when their father passed away 23 years ago in 1997. The past 20+ years this 4240 only used on snowblower and blade.
