New Jersey Farm Retirement Auction Produced Super Strong Sale Prices Yesterday

Donald Patterson’s line of farm equipment sold on his retirement auction yesterday, April 4, 2022, in Cranbury, NJ was exceptionally clean. The smoking hot sale prices produced by our friends at Pirrung Auctioneers (www.pirrunginc.com) proved it. Here are a few of the highlights:

JD 7700 2WD with 3816 hours, sold: $71,000


Pete’s Note: $71,000 is the 2nd highest auction sale price ever on JD 7700 2WD, topped only by a the 1996 model 7700 2WD with just 1446 hours sold last week on a 3/26/22 Willshire, OH auction for $87,000. Prior to that the previous high sale price on a JD 7700 2WD was $64,500 which had just been set on a 2/23/22 online farm auction in Marion, IN for a 1993 model with 3900 hours"

JD 8120 with 2310 hours, sold: $126,000


Pete’s Note:$126,000 is the highest auction price on an 8120 in 6 years (12/22/15) and the 4th highest auction sale price ever
