If you caught the Machinery Pete YouTube video preview last week for the Ramstad Brothers online farm retirement auction yesterday (Monday, June 24, 2024) in Ada, MN by the Steffes Group (www.steffesgroup.com) you’ll recall the SUPER SHARP line of John Deere Tractors they had. Particularly their sweet 1988 John Deere 8850 with 390 hours on Kinze conversion with Cummins engine.
It SMASHED the former record high auction price by almost $25K.
SOLD: $139,000.
HIGHEST AUCTION PRICES EVER ON JD 8850 TRACTORS
Interestingly, the Ramstad Brothers JD 8850 topped the former record price 8850 of $114,500 that was also sold by the Steffes Group, on a March 17, 2022 auction in Norwalk, IA.
