Hmm, how best to describe how HOT the used farm equipment market is here early in 2021…
Got it…talk about the Tractor and Combine sold Thursday (Feb. 25, 2021) in Tarkio, MO on the Don and Carol McEnaney farm retirement auction by my friends at Younger Auction Company.
2015 CaseIH Magnum 310 CVT with 679 hours, sold: $207,000
New Record High auction sale price there folks at $207,000. But what is so interesting to consider is what the former record high auction sale price was on a Magnum 310 CVT tractor…$182,000 almost one year ago to the day, on a 2/29/20 farm auction in west-central Iowa, and get this, it had the EXACT SAME NO. OF HOURS ON IT…679, but it was a 2018 model. Here’s a picture of it.
So one year down the road, a Magnum 310 CVT that is 3 model years old sold for $25,000 more. Pretty accurate description there of how HOT the market is right now.
Oh, let’s not forget about the Combine sold Thursday on the McEnaney farm retirement auction in Tarko, MO…beautiful 2017 CaseIH 5140 with 616 engine hours, 1 owner, sold for $189,500. New Record High auction sale price there folks…by $34,500! Here’s a picture of it.
