Allis Chalmers Dealer Auction Friday in PA Offers Historic Gems For Sale

Unique Allis Chalmers history for sale this Friday (May 10, 2019) on a Quarryville, PA auction.

The sale by our friends at Leaman Auctions, LLC, www.leamanauctions.com, is for Grumelli Farm Service, an Allis Chalmers / Agco and shortline dealer with roots going back 70 years. Here are just a few of the gems up for sale on the auction Friday:

1966 Allis Chalmers D21 with only 1488 hours

Here’s what the sale listing had to say about this super low hour D21: " Was acquired by Tony many years ago with an external crack in the block, the repair is located just behind fuel pump. The engine was overhauled and had new pistons and sleeves installed at that time and has been in the shed for last 25+ years. Is equipped with 2 hyd, 3 pt, front weights, 18.4-34 rear tires, appears to have 3 of the original tires and they would match the hours on the tractor. Straight sheet metal, It has been started and driven several times each year."

Wow.

That is not the only super low hour Allis Chalmers tractor on the auction Friday.

1981 Allis Chalmers 7045 with 1743 original hours

Allis Chalmers 6140 front-wheel assist with 1671 original hours, loader, 1 owner

This old Allis Chalmers dealer even has couple of “New / Never Sold” items on the auction Friday:

Allis Chalmers 608 garden tractor, New, Never Sold

Allis Chalmers 433-I power unit, New, has been started over the years

Here are a couple other interesting items on the auction Friday that caught my eye:

1937 Allis Chalmers WF Orchard tractor, unstyled
