Mike Brocksmith of Vincennes, IN had his farm retirement auction on Thursday (August 6, 2020). **The equipment on Mike’s sale…Super Nice.** My friends at Sullivan Auctioneers ([www.sullivanauctioneers.com](http://www.sullivanauctioneers.com)) had told me about Mike and Susan Brocksmith’s beautiful line of equipment a few months ago. Zach Hiner with Sullivans told me, “_Pete, everything was immaculate._” Sale prices on Thursday’s auction were very strong, including Mike’s **2014 CaseIH 7230 combine with 1237 engine hours for $172,000**.
