**3 beauties.**

My good friends at Ryerson Auction & Realty, Ltd. ([www.ryersonauctionrealtyltd.com](http://www.ryersonauctionrealtyltd.com)) had the John Steffen farm retirement auction in Thompson, IA (north-central Iowa) yesterday, August 23, 2019. This sale featured 3 beautiful John Deere tractors. They sold very well. Here’s the scoop:

**1977 JD 4630 with 5991 hours, PS, sold: $18,250**

$18,250 is the highest auction sale price on a JD 4630 tractor in nearly 3 years. Here’s a look at the highest auction sale prices I’ve seen on JD 4630’s the past 20 years:

**1976 JD 4430, PS, all new tires, sold: $17,250**

$17,250 is well above the current Avg. Auction Price on JD 4430 tractors. Here’s a look back over the past 7 years at 4430 values…amazingly steady.
